The Alexander Hamilton Financial plan was a plan to help rebuild the United States economy. George Washington appointed Alexander Hamilton to fix the economic policy as treasury secretary. Many states were still in war debt. The commitment to pay it back was not taken very seriously. Hamilton purposed that the federal government pay off the war debt.
George Washington who appointed Alexander Hamilton to treasury secretary, knew he fix the problem. When Alexander married his wife Elizabeth Schuyler, his ties with the rich and powerful leaders deepened. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison were also involved in this event. They stopped the public criticism of Hamilton’s plans.
This was a financial plan to help fix the United States economy; the plan was made throughout the United States. During this event the first national bank and the U.S. mint was found. The main Mint facility is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Alexander Hamilton wrote an interpretation of the Constitution. This set precedents for federal authority. These precedents are still used by court today. Also, because of Hamilton’s plan, we have the national bank and state banks.
With all of Alexander Hamilton’s financial plans together, it helped the United States on an equal financial footing as Europe.

Hamilton hoped this break Britain’s manufacturing hold on the United States. Also, he purposed the Bank of America, which was modeled after the Bank of England.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whiskey_Rebellion. The Whiskey rebellion , was a popular uprising that had its beginnings in 1791 and culminated in an insurrection in 1794"Tom the Tinker" assumed the leadership of the Whiskey Rebellion in the early 1790s. He came about after it was decided that to merely attack tax collectors. http://www.nps.gov/archive/frhi/whiskreb.htm. The Whiskey Rebellion took place throughout the western frontier. There was not one state south of New York whose western counties did not protest the new excise with some sort of violence. People in the West resisted the excise tax with different attitudes. Most simply refused to pay the tax while others rebelled with violence.

United States Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton, proposed the bill to help prevent the national debt from growing. Albert Gallatin's role was as a representative of the residents of Fayette County. As such he had to transmit the sentiment of the meetings even though he may have disagreed. Gallatin served as secretary and also delivered speeches that helped to pacify those radicals who were at the meetings. Often Gallatin delivered these speeches while radicals were in the crowd with their weapons in hand. Gallatin spoke about the mistake of open rebellion toward the government. Unfortunately for Gallatin, the government officials did not differentiate between the moderates and the radicals who took part in these meetings. Albert Gallatin in later reflections to call his participation in the Whiskey Rebellion his "only political sin."

The Whiskey Rebellion took place throughout the western frontier. There was not one state south of New York whose western counties did not protest the new excise with some sort of violence. http://www.earlyamerica.com/earlyamerica/milestones/whiskey/ The rebel farmers continued their attacks, rioting in river towns and roughing up tax collectors until the so-called "insurrection" flared into the open in July of 1794 when a federal marshal was attacked in Allegheny County. farmers in the western counties of Pennsylvania engaged in a series of attacks on excise agents.

The whisky rebellion had many long-term effects. The government learned that when Americans don’t like a law they will do something about it and they have the right to do that. Also the Federalist Party became unpopular. the Americans realized that the government would take action if there was a major issue in the states.

The whisky rebellion also had an effect on Europe. The European government learned that the United States meant business. Also they learned that anyone could rebel from their government and they should be prepared. Finally Europe learned that America was determined to survive as a country and was going to be around for a long time.
